H.E.M Iya Tidjani
Ambassador of Cameroon to the
Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and to the Gulf Countries
His Excellency Mr. IYA TIDJANI was appointed in February 2008 as Head of the Cameroon Diplomatic Mission in Riyadh.
He is an experienced diplomat who has held great positions.
He was Attaché at the Presidency of the Republic in 1979 and Chargé de Mission at the same Presidency in 1982.
After the Presidential palace in Cameroon, he was appointed First Counselor at the Cameroon Embassy in Bruxelles in 1991, then Minister Counselor in 1997.
In 2002, he became Ambassador Deputy Permanent Representative of Cameroon at the United Nations in New York.
He got a doctorate in International Relations in 1978 at the International Institute of Cameroon (IRIC).
In 2000, he obtained a Post graduate diploma in International Trade at Solvay School of Commerce of Université Libre de Bruxelles, then Minister Plenipotentiary special category since August 2002.
He was an Executive Board’s member of the Cameroon Handball Federation for 10 years and an Executive Board’s member of the Cameroon Basket – ball Federation for two years.
He was also the General Treasurer of the Cultural and Islamic Association of Cameroon (ACIC) from 1983 to 1991 where he played an important role.
H.E Humaid Ben Salem
Secretary General, Federation of The UAE Chambers Of Commerce And Industry (UAE Chambers)
Humaid Ben Salem was appointed as Secretary General of Federation of UAE Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FCCI) in the year 2013. FCCI exists to create cooperation and coordination between the different emirates of the UAE to prepare ground for trade and investment to contribute the national economy at large. As Secretary General of one of the biggest federal institutions, he is the official representative of the UAE private sector.
He is also the former member of the UAE National Assembly (Parliament) where he played his role as active member, contributing to achieve the goals of the assembly.
His professional background as Director General of UAQ Chamber of Commerce & Industry for 20 years and his charismatic personality has been the main source of facilitating the local chambers and the private sector of UAE to achieve their goals. He has a long history of accomplishments in the UAE process of modernization and development since 1997, particularly in the Chambers of Commerce and Industry.
He has been the board of director of International Chamber of Commerce – UAE since 2009 and was elected as Chairman in 2015. ICC UAE, with a national network of 500.000 companies, International Chamber of Commerce - United Arab Emirates (ICC-UAE) is the largest national representation of the commercial, industrial and business enterprises. Founded in 2004, ICC-UAE represents, supports and protects the interest of the business community in the UAE.
In addition to the above he has been instrumental in establishing several joint business councils and has always been active and regularly contributes to the projects pertaining to the Private Sector.
He holds a BA degree in Administration and Marketing from Davies and Alkenes Elkins College, United States of America.


Ms. Marthe Angeline Minja

She has severally occupied the position of Director in the Ministry of Trade and Industry

She has been Director of the Investment Code Management Unit

And Currently General Manager of the Investment Promotion Agency (IPA) Cameroon.
On the international scene, she occupied for over 10 years, the prestigious elective position of Director for Africa of the World Association of Investment Promotion Agencies (WAIPA). She has also been decorated by the President of the Republic of Cameroon as Grand Officer of the National Order of Valor
H.E. Jamal Saif Al Jarwan
Secretary General
UAE International Investors Council - UAEIIC
Mr. Jamal Al Jarwan joined the UAE International Investors Council in November 2014, as Secretary General.
Mr. Al Jarwan started his career in Etisalat on 8/08/1988.
He has acquired an international corporate relationship in five continents with strong economic and M&A
skills where he had negotiated, supervised and managed transactions worth more than $45BN.
In 1996 he was seconded by Etisalat to Thuraya Telecommunications Company.
In Thuraya, he served as the company’s Chief Commercial Officer, where he designed and executed the overall global business strategy and managed the company’s commercial operations worldwide.
In 2006, he was called back by Etisalat to establish and lead the International Investments and operations as Chief Executive Officer for International Investments.
In 2011, he became the Chief Regional Officer leading Etisalat Operation in Asia Region.

Mr. Walid Hareb AlFalahi
Chief Executive Officer, Dubai Consultancy and UAE Trade Center
Walid Hareb Al Falahi is the Chief Executive Officer of the Dubai Consultancy, which he founded in 2005.
Dubai Consultancy focuses on creating high profile, highly targeted business networks where potential buyers can meet the suppliers and their product on a common ground.
Walid still maintains his strongest skill of networking to build partnerships & relations in the corporate world. Walid was the Chief Executive Officer of the International Humanitarian City in Dubai, which was initially a merger between the Dubai Aid City and Dubai Humanitarian City He is the Vice President Akar Proper¬ties and Vice Chairman of Sultan Investments.
Co-founder of AKAD Development, an independent housing development organization in Kurdistan, Iraq.
Masterminded several projects such as economical projects in Ghana, Kurdistan; Iraq, Nigeria and Saudi Arabia. In mid-2004, he won the Best Employee Award in the UAE, for outstanding achievement and contribution to his field.
